I'd have been taking the total rho stack consistently for about 15 days. The sleep and magnesium are 100% effective. Everything else I am not sure I will notice only 15 days in. I think I am feeling pretty amazing overall though. I am enjoying the liquid liposomal method they use as well. It's nice to make drinks with my medicine instead of popping pills. I love that part of it for sure

So far so good!

I have only been taking the Rho Stack products for a week now, and so far my biggest shift has been sleep. I am awake less throughout the night and my deep sleep cycles are much longer!
