Shipping policy
Shipping Policy:
Shipping: Orders ship within 24-48 hours, Monday-Friday, from our warehouse in New Jersey using USPS, DHL, UPS, or FedEx. Upon shipment, you will receive tracking information via email. Most orders are delivered within 3-6 business days, although times may vary depending on the carrier. These are estimated shipping times and may be shorter or longer depending on the mail carrier which is outside of our control.
Modifying Orders: To modify an order, email us immediately at support@rhonutrition.com. If the order has not been processed by our fulfillment center, we can make modifications. If the order has already been processed, we cannot make changes. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information at checkout.

Tracking Shows ‘Delivered’ but Cannot Locate: If your order shows delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with neighboring residences and allow 48 hours before reaching out to support@rhonutrition.com. US Mail carries often prematurely mark tracking information delivered. In this case the package will tend to be delivered in the next 48 hours.
