I started using this a few weeks ago adding it to my NAD+ routine and have felt a difference.

I just switched to Rho three weeks ago first week or two of taking the methylated B complex product, I could tell the difference. I will for sure be re-ordering this product.
I’ve been taking TMG for a few months now, and I know the benefits can be subtle. But I def feel more of lift in my baseline energy - I don’t need that 2nd cup of coffee and switch to water earlier in the day now.

I am 75. I started my Rho Nutrition with NAD+. I was an early adopter of Rho Nutrition's NAD+ because of the Liposomal delivery system. It was a game changer for me. It literally got me out of the bed then out of the house and then into the Pilates Studio. I slowly added additional Rho products forming a broad “stack.” All of them were a positive addition to my continued physical strengthening . At the urging of my Doctor my most recent addition has been Rho’s Methylfolate 5-MTHF+B12 Complex. Both my MD and my Neurologist encouraged me to add it. While they did not specifically recommend Rho specifically - what they did tell me is that whatever I had been using these past years (which isRho) I should absolutely continue. I almost caught myself wanting to say: “well duh.” 🤣
I take three row supplements every day. I am feeling much more energy and health. I was before.
This is the third product I have tried from this company. Knowing this will get to the cellular level gives me peace of mind knowing my gut health is in check
This has been a game changer. I'm post menopausal and have issues w/ hormone methylation. I take Rho's Glutathione and DIM every morning and it's helped tremendously!
The rho Glutathione is a must for recovery from a night out or even from stress. I take it every night prior to going to bed. It is easy to take in this liquid form. The taste is not bad especially compared to other forms. I strongly suggest using this as part of your routine stack.

Unlike most supplements I’ve tried, I noticed a difference with this Tongkat Ali from the very first day, and the benefits seem to build the longer I use it. The flavor took a little getting used to at first, but I adapted quickly. Now it’s become part of my morning routine, and I genuinely look forward to it each day.

I started taking the glutathione in June 2026. A couple months later I added the Elite Performance Stack and noticed a difference in my energy and strength in workouts. Even my recovery days feel less fatigued and I have more energy. Grateful to have found Rho!
I'm a male over 40 and I've been using this product for a few months. From a dosing standpoint, I enjoy the flavor and prefer this over pills or powders. It's definitely hard for me to tell if there's a major difference in my performance but as someone who is very active, I feel like these products round out my daily supplements as well.
My body did not do well with NAD+ injectables. After reading about lipsomal I decided to try. I'm on my 4th bottle! No stomach issues, no needles and I feel great. I love all the RHO products. But if you had to choose just one... this is the one! Highly recommend!
