When I first started using the products I just used a kitchen teaspoon. A teaspoon is not an exact measurement of the dosage so I was sort of guessing at the correct amount. I finally ordered their serving spoon and no more guessing. I know I’m getting the correct dosage every time and I like the design of it.
This product does help with my overall energy level and gives me that extra push at the gym
When they say the liposomal form absorbs better then any other format, they mean it. I’ve been taking the magnesium for almost a month now and when I forget one or two nights I can feel the difference in my sleep quality. It’s true most supplements have a very low absorption rate which means you’re paying for almost nothing. Make the change to Rho and feel the difference I have felt.

Awesome products I actually feel a difference when I’m not on them. I recently traveled and couldn’t take them with me. I’m glad they have the travel packs now. I couldn’t wait to get back on them. The circulen really helps me with inflammation. I would definitely recommend these products.

Their products work. I was using Rho's Nad+, Glutothiame and Curcumin consistently for months. I felt the difference immediately when i began using them. My energy and creativity (Im a musician) were at peak levels. I stopped taking them about a month ago because i was traveling for work and missed a delivery. I thought to myself, no big deal.. i was wrong. Long story short, i was able to get a shipment last week and I felt the difference right away.
My only knock on the product is the pricing. The products that ive tried are great but the prices hurt lol. The stuff is legit tho
Im new to the DIM+ im about 30 days in but so far so good. Im on a weight loss journey that has me changing so much about the way I used to eat and live in general im about 4 months in on rho nutrition and I love the product but its hard to specify what the dim+ does for me exactly but I know I feel better then I have in years
I absolutely love the way these supplements taste! I actually look forward to taking them since they are both hydrating and providing nutritional support. Some days I add them into a smoothie, others I spread them out throughout the day to enjoy them. You really can't go wrong with them. I also love that they have a higher absoption rate then most pill supplements.
