I am vary much enjoying the liposomal delivery method for my supplement regiment. I would love to see more innovation into a wider variety, suck as liposomal peptides and maybe even a nicotine.
I take mostly all that Rho has to offer on a daily. I have been taking them for about 4 months. In 2020 I broke my femur and have been looking for a complete package to help with recovery from gym. I work 10 hrs a day and train at home gym for 2 hrs daily. with Rho my recovery has been better. I deal with pain on a daily from 4 surgery on my leg and with weight training before I had much more pain. After taking Rho I don't look back.

I’ve been trying Rho Nutrition for 2 months now, but I haven’t noticed any clear benefits yet likely because I haven’t been able to take it consistently. The main reason is how sweet it is. I usually take supplements first thing in the morning, and it feels off starting my day with something loaded with stevia, monk fruit, and sunflower lecithin. While I get that these are popular alternatives to sugar, they still taste overly artificial to me and leave me questioning their impact on gut health. I really wish there were a cleaner, flavorless version available something more minimal for those of us who prefer to avoid sweeteners altogether. The intention behind the product seems great, but the formulation just doesn’t work for everyone.
I have been taking pretty much the full stack of rho supplement line and I feel great all round. I'm trying to figure out the does the bio availability of liposomol outweigh the fact that I am used to much higher doses of NAD on a daily basis through injections. I am a believer and I look forward to continuing to feel my best day in day out
Review for NAD from Rho NutritionI’ve been using the NAD for the past four months and so far, I’m feeling pretty good—especially when it comes to rest and recovery after my workouts. I plan to stick with it for at least six months to a year to really see the benefits.I had considered trying intravenous NAD since a lot of people were talking about it, but didn’t want to spend that kind of money. I’m generally a pretty healthy 50-year-old, so I look at this more as a preventive measure. I take this along with D3 and K2 first thing in the morning.Overall, I really like this product. It’s a great way to stay on top of my supplements, and hopefully it’ll help support the longevity I’m aiming for.
