good morning - I’ve been using RHO for 10-days and I have been able to feel a difference, But bases on my fitness supplemnet experience I need reliaze the full effects after 30-days. So fas so grid. Creatine is very imprptant to be since I suffer from Parkinsonism. Some research studies have shown Creatine to have positive benefits. In will write more once 30-days have past.

I ordered Liposomal Creatine Monohydrate after a friend recommended it. She said she could tell a difference from taking it. I was taking a creatine pill and found it hard to swallow and never noticed if it was working. I am excited to see how this goes, I have just started this liquid version of Creatine about a week ago. The taste is very palatable and this product is so easy to consume, I just take 1 teaspoon every morning when I get up.

I love the product but in my 2nd order the bottle was leaking. I don't want to use it if it's not sealed. I haven't heard back from anyone. I've made 2 attempts to explain the problem.
I'd have been taking the total rho stack consistently for about 15 days. The sleep and magnesium are 100% effective. Everything else I am not sure I will notice only 15 days in. I think I am feeling pretty amazing overall though. I am enjoying the liquid liposomal method they use as well. It's nice to make drinks with my medicine instead of popping pills. I love that part of it for sure

I have never taken a sleep med that works this well. This stuff works almost instantaneously for me and puts me into a dream state I have never really gotten to till use of this product. I cant lie the dreams are pretty intense. I am really enjoying this product. Oh yeah I also supplement it with the rho magnesium as well.
