I've had a significant strength boost since taking this bundle, specifically the creatine. I've only been taking the supplements for one month. So I think I'll notice an even greater benefit. As the time goes by, but so far, I love it.
This can be improved my making it less sweet, but I like using a vitC that’s liquid form.

I’ve been wanting this spoon since I started with Rho and it didn’t disappoint. All other ways of measuring out my daily dose was frustrating. At first I used a medicine plunger ( syringe) & that was a mess when it was a new bottle. I would get so upset to waste any of the product. This spoon is very convenient & I’m glad to have it.

I started using RHO collegagen peptides about 6 months ago. I have found a significant improvement in the softness of my skin. I have also noticed a huge difference in my joints. I am a 55 year old bridge carpenter, and the stress on my joints before taking RHO collagen peptides is like night and day. I will never go without them.
Arrived as expected. Unclear if any benefits first 3 weeks. Nonetheless will try another month.

I started taking the Cellular Essentials & Magnesium a few months ago and these have been a game changer for me.
