At Rho Nutrition, we stand behind the quality of our supplements. All of our products are made in the USA and manufactured under strict cGMP guidelines in an FDA-registered facility. We proudly offer a 60-Day Money Back Guarantee to give you peace of mind when trying our products.
How Our 60-Day Money Back Guarantee Works:
Our guarantee covers 60 days from the date of purchase for orders placed exclusively on www.rhonutrition.com. If you have tried our product and are unsatisfied for any reason, contact us at support@rhonutrition.com within 60 days of your purchase date to request a refund. This guarantee is intended for customers who have genuinely tried the product; it is not intended for change-of-mind requests on untried products.
The guarantee covers one product (one bottle) per customer, total. Refunds will be issued less any discounts, taxes, and shipping costs.
If you ordered multiple products, multiples of the same product, or a bundle, only one product (one bottle) per order or bundle is eligible for a refund. For example, if you ordered a bundle containing three products or a three-month supply, you would be eligible for a refund on one of the three products.
If you are considering using this guarantee, we recommend ordering only one bottle at a time. Only one refund is permitted per customer and household. This guarantee does not cover replacement orders sent at no additional cost, except for replacements due to damage or loss in transit.
Refund requests made beyond 60 days from the date of purchase will not be honored, except where required by applicable law.
Gifted Orders:
Refunds are only available to the original purchaser. If you received a Rho Nutrition product as a gift, please ask the original purchaser to contact us on your behalf.
Promotional & Free Items:
Free, promotional, or bonus items included with an order (such as buy-one-get-one offers or complimentary samples) are not eligible for separate refunds or exchanges.
Exchanges:
If you would prefer an exchange rather than a refund, contact support@rhonutrition.com. We will send one replacement product (one bottle) per customer free of charge, there is no need to return the original product. This exchange can only be used once per customer and household. You must choose between an exchange or a refund, as only one or the other is permitted.
Return Policy:
Due to the nature of our products as ingestible health and wellness supplements, we are unable to accept physical returns of any products once they have left our facility. This policy is in accordance with food and dietary supplement safety standards, as we cannot guarantee the integrity, safety, or proper storage of returned products. You do not need to send anything back.
Refund Details:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically take 5–7 business days to process, though timing may vary depending on your bank or credit card company. If the original payment method is unavailable, the refund will be forfeited. We cannot process refunds to prepaid debit cards. Orders paid by cashier's check or money order will receive a check via mail sent exclusively to the original billing name and address. No exceptions will be made to prevent fraud.
If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us directly at support@rhonutrition.com before initiating a dispute with your bank or credit card company. Filing a chargeback without first contacting our support team may result in processing delays and may affect your eligibility for future purchases with Rho Nutrition.
Automatic Renewal Disclosure & Cancellation Policy:
By placing an order for a subscription product, you expressly agree that your subscription will automatically renew and that Rho Nutrition is authorized to charge your provided payment method the recurring subscription price, plus applicable taxes and shipping fees, at the frequency selected at checkout until you cancel.
The recurring charge amount, billing frequency, and subscription details are clearly disclosed before purchase and in your order confirmation email.
You may cancel your subscription at any time at least 24 hours before your next scheduled charge date by logging into your customer subscription portal via the "Subscription Login" link on our website, or by contacting Customer Support at support@rhonutrition.com.
You will receive an email reminder approximately three (3) days prior to each recurring charge. It is your responsibility to manage or cancel your subscription before the next processing date if you do not wish to receive the upcoming shipment.
If a subscription order is processed before cancellation, the order will be fulfilled and will not be eligible for refund, except where required by applicable law.
Your subscription will remain active until you cancel. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these automatic renewal terms.
Order Cancellation Policy:
To cancel an order placed on www.rhonutrition.com, contact support@rhonutrition.com. We cannot guarantee cancellation before fulfillment.
Damaged Product Replacements:
If you receive a damaged product, contact support@rhonutrition.com with your name, email, order number, and photos of the damaged product. We will issue a replacement free of charge. Photos submitted are used solely for claim verification purposes.
Amazon & Third-Party Orders:
Any Rho Nutrition orders placed on Amazon or other websites are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or replacements through us. Please contact Amazon or the retailer for further assistance.
International Orders:
Orders shipped outside the USA are not eligible for refunds.
