I’ve been trying Rho Nutrition for 2 months now, but I haven’t noticed any clear benefits yet likely because I haven’t been able to take it consistently. The main reason is how sweet it is. I usually take supplements first thing in the morning, and it feels off starting my day with something loaded with stevia, monk fruit, and sunflower lecithin. While I get that these are popular alternatives to sugar, they still taste overly artificial to me and leave me questioning their impact on gut health. I really wish there were a cleaner, flavorless version available something more minimal for those of us who prefer to avoid sweeteners altogether. The intention behind the product seems great, but the formulation just doesn’t work for everyone.

I have been taking pretty much the full stack of rho supplement line and I feel great all round. I'm trying to figure out the does the bio availability of liposomol outweigh the fact that I am used to much higher doses of NAD on a daily basis through injections. I am a believer and I look forward to continuing to feel my best day in day out

I plan to stick with it for at least six months to a year to really see the benefits.I had considered trying intravenous NAD since a lot of people were talking about it, but didn’t want to spend that kind of money. I’m generally a pretty healthy 50-year-old, so I look at this more as a preventive measure. I take this along with D3 and K2 first thing in the morning.Overall, I really like this product. I absolutely love this product. I was always a little skeptical thinking do I really need this but now that I’ve been using it for 30 days I’ve noticed a big difference. I don’t like you use a known carcinogen in potassium sorbate. But have enjoyed the products.

I really do feel that I have more renewed strength and energy. It was 95 degrees yesterday, and I biked 46 miles, 3,068 elevation gain! I was HOT but I was NOT sore in the least!

I am not in running shape whatsoever right now. I can barely make it half a mile on the treadmill without stopping to walk.
I haven’t been able to run for years. So when I was able to run 2 1/2 miles with my daughters the other day, I was baffled and I couldn’t figure out why. Then it hit me.
