I’m about a month into taking the Liposomal DIM+, and I have to say I def feel a difference ! As a 45 yrd women in the early stages of perimenopause, I was starting to have hot flashes at night, rage fits, etc. decided to give this a try and I’ve been pleased with the results so far. I’ve lost 5 lbs and have kept it off too !
Love it, take it every morning, don’t like the taste but still take it, part of my stack

This stack has made a noticeable difference in my workout recovery and how I feel each morning getting out of bed.
I love the Rho Quercetin. I stack it with other products and make a morning beverage. Because of the yummy orange flavor of the Quercetin it comes out tasting like an orange dreamcicle from childhood. It’s a great way to get in quercetin (and TMG) daily to help combat my histamine intolerance.
I purchased this bundle a month ago and I truly do feel a difference. I am now on month 2. Changes were noticed within a week and those changes include; focus, less afternoon tiredness, general happiness feeling and really good sleep. I’m not as tired in the mornings and sometimes I wake up before my alarm. I am sure there are a lot of physiological benefits that I am not aware of, as well. I will definitely continue using this bundle!!
My weight loss had stalled and nothing I did helped until after I started taking the TMG. I am over my plateau.
With this one I can actually tell a difference in when I take my vitamins and when I don’t! I will never not take it! Huge difference for me postpartum too!
I love the liposomal delivery system and tbh I sort of like the taste of it. I’ve been taking this supplement daily for a few months now and while I don’t necessarily feel any difference, I never truly felt bad in the first place- I purchased bc of a recommendation from a client so more for a prophylactic purpose.
After a few days I felt more energy— I can do so much during the days now and I’m sleeping better at night. It’s been a couple of months on the three supplements— collagen, NAD+, and glutathione, and I can’t say I see/feel anything else happening yet. The energy for me is what I was looking for to keep up with my toddler and feel better overall postpartum. I’ll continue to purchase to support my energy and healthy aging/detox support.

What I love the most is that I can put one tsp of each in a small amount of juice and be nutrient served in one shot without multiple gel caps in my stomach. These products seem to provided good energy as well as good rest while being good to the gut.
The liposomal TMG has really added to my stack!! Combined with the glutathione, I definitely feel a lot more energetic and healthier overall.
I started using Rho products in February due to hearing Brecka praise the brand. I have been using the Collagen for about 3 months now and to be very honest, I don’t notice anything different…with that being said, I am definitely a supplement junky and have been for the past 45 years! I’m 65, very active, workout, do my own housekeeping and gardening, and I am not on any prescription medications. I definitely believe in supplements. I am currently using 6 Rho products and about to add 2 more, plus I take AG1 daily and a few other supplements. What I love about Rho is the liquid…I simply pour it in a teaspoon and drink it! It travels very easy, better than powders and the taste is just fine…some a little better than others! I really haven’t slowed down long enough to compare costs, but you’re gonna spend your money on something and I’d rather it be supplements than prescription medication….that’s just me!

First time since I have even using creatine that I actually notice a difference in my ability to build muscle. Love most all of the RHO nutrition products as I can tell I am absorbing more of the products. Havent felt this “alive” in a while and I am 76 years old.
