Love the spoon. Makes measuring easier and small enough to not be in the way
I bought it but kept forgetting about taking it soup I can't really give am honest review yet. I'll update after using regularly.
We have enjoyed these supplements tremendously. Don't love the taste on all of them but feel the difference forsure!

Fist month on NAD, take first thing every am with mineral salt and feel a very clean, even and sustain energy. Have cut my black coffee consumption down in half. Will definitely keep in my supplemental rotation.

Started on the Cellular Longevity Essentials set about 3 months ago now. I cannot say enough good things about these products. My general afternoon fatigue has improved, sleep quality is better, and recovery from workouts has seen noticeable improval! Can’t wait to see what 6 months in feels like!

I have a couple of these spoons that I’ve gotten for free with larger orders. I keep one in the cooler in my van and the other at home. They make measuring your serving size super easy and the copper color makes them easy to find. Plus they just look kinda cool.
I can certainly tell the difference!!! My skin has benefited so well from the Resveratol and everyone notices it! The curcumin has helped with inflammation due to thyroid disease. Definitely a daily staple in my diet now.

Been taking creatine for about 3mos. I’m motivated and have more focus and energy during workout. I use as pre workout. Recovery seems to be better as well. Enjoy the no mess liquid form. The 3month auto ship works great for the overall price each month.
Love this spoon! It easily measures my Rho products and I never have to worry about finding a measuring spoon. I keep it out on the kitchen counter to help me never miss a day of taking Rho. I highly recommend!
I take this trio along with COQ-10 every morning. At first I did not notice any real difference. No notable increased energy or clarity. However, I did notice my body was utilizing the vitamins. What was interesting was when I went on a 5 day trip out of town. I did not bring these supplements on the trip and was without them for almost a week. During that week I felt sluggish and tired and zero energy. When I came back home and started the regimen again I got my energy back! I do love these supplements and I think it’s money well spent. I feel so much better on them then off them!
My digestion has been low-key for 5 days on water-fast, this helping get my system back on-line and running optimally.

Wasn’t expecting much but have really been impressed with the results from using the Glutathione, Curcumin, Collagen and Creatinine (primarily for knee pain from overuse) but there is no denying that my knee is pain free and I’ll definitely be continuing this protocol going forward. Also of note is how good it tastes when I combine them all together with 4oz of water. I’m a believer!
I use it for quick measuring and stirring, it works . It’s not the spoon that’s amazing. It’s the product, and its benefits!
Started using a month ago. Have more energy now without needing caffeine or stims. Glutathione before sauna is great!
