I have added this product to my other Rho products and it has helped so much with recovery after going to the gym. I don’t feel nearly as sore and it doesn’t take as long to recover from a hard workout.

I haven’t yet noticed a difference . I have not been consistent in a 7 day a week .even though I have had this for month supply. I hope to notice after another month with consistentcy.

Within 1 month I could tell a huge improvement with how I felt. I also love that they are liquid form as my body does not process pill form well.

I have been using NAD+ for over a year now and LOVE it! My energy is so much better! It was kind of a pain using one of my measuring spoons from my set each morning to get the required 1 teaspoon. I take all 3 products first thing in the morning with water. I have noticed more energy, physical and mental, since starting these products 2 months ago. I like the liquid vs pill formulation too.
