I am always skeptical of 5-star reviews. I just can't give this four stars abd be authentic. It's hard to describe what this has done for my body. My mind is calm. I peed out like a gallon of fluid (7 pounds!). There is more space in my head. I feel sorry and full of energy. I am sleeping so much better. Granted, the first two days, I expelled a demon, not sure what that was about but the plumbing recovered. I just cannot believe how different I feel. More access to my emotions. More space to think and process. Wow. Just wow.

I have had some very extreme health issues for over 15 years. Not sleeping was a side affect. This magnesium has been instrumental in turning them all around. I lived healthy my entire life but it took supplements like this to turn it all around. An addition besides the magnesium’s benefits is the extremely restful sleep.
Been doing the CLE pack for a couple weeks. Love the NAD+. Can feel it quickly and gives great energy to start the day. Glutathione and curcumin and reservatrol hopefully will become more noticeable over time
