I’ve been trying Rho Nutrition for 2 months now, but I haven’t noticed any clear benefits yet likely because I haven’t been able to take it consistently. The main reason is how sweet it is. I usually take supplements first thing in the morning, and it feels off starting my day with something loaded with stevia, monk fruit, and sunflower lecithin. While I get that these are popular alternatives to sugar, they still taste overly artificial to me and leave me questioning their impact on gut health. I really wish there were a cleaner, flavorless version available something more minimal for those of us who prefer to avoid sweeteners altogether. The intention behind the product seems great, but the formulation just doesn’t work for everyone.

I have been taking pretty much the full stack of rho supplement line and I feel great all round. I'm trying to figure out the does the bio availability of liposomol outweigh the fact that I am used to much higher doses of NAD on a daily basis through injections. I am a believer and I look forward to continuing to feel my best day in day out

I plan to stick with it for at least six months to a year to really see the benefits.I had considered trying intravenous NAD since a lot of people were talking about it, but didn’t want to spend that kind of money. I’m generally a pretty healthy 50-year-old, so I look at this more as a preventive measure. I take this along with D3 and K2 first thing in the morning.Overall, I really like this product. It’s a great way to stay on top of my supplements, and hopefully it’ll help support the longevity I’m aiming for.
