60-Day Money Back Guarantee:

Our refund policy is valid for 60 days from the purchase date for orders placed exclusively on www.rhonutrition.com. Refunds are not available after 60 days.

Policy Details:

  • One Product Coverage: The guarantee covers one product (one bottle) per customer, excluding any discounts, taxes, and shipping costs. This allows you to try our product and request a refund if unsatisfied within the specified period.

  • Recommendation: We recommend ordering only one bottle if you are considering using this guarantee.

  • Multiple Products or Bundles: If you ordered multiple products, multiples of the same product, or a bundle with multiple products, only one product (one bottle) per order or bundle can be refunded. For example, if you ordered a bundle containing three different products or a three-month supply, you would be eligible for a refund for one of the three products, excluding any discounts, taxes, and shipping costs.

  • Exclusions: This guarantee does not cover replacement orders sent at no additional cost, except for replacements due to damage or loss in transit.

  • Limit: Only one refund is permitted per customer and household.

Subscription Cancellation Policy:

When choosing a subscription order, you are notified on the order page, in the cart, and at checkout that it is a recurring subscription. You will also see the subscription cancellation policy before completing your purchase.

Access your subscription portal using the Subscription Login link on our website. You will receive an email with a link to cancel or modify your subscription in your order confirmation email, along with a reminder two days before any upcoming charge. From your portal, you'll have full control over your subscription, allowing you to manage or cancel it at any time.

By signing up for a subscription, you acknowledge your responsibility for managing it and adhering to our cancellation policy. You have complete authority to cancel or modify your subscription at any time. We will send email notifications two days prior to each delivery to keep you informed about upcoming shipments. Return Policy:

We accept returns for orders that are entirely unused, unopened, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. We reserve the right to deny any returns that do not meet these criteria. Shipping costs and taxes are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Note: Wholesale orders and Amazon orders are not eligible for returns.

How to Return Unopened and Unused Orders:

  • Unopened order return requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.

  • The order must be unopened, unused, undamaged, in the original packaging, and include all original items matching your order confirmation receipt.

  • Ensure your return is accompanied by an order packing slip in the box that will be provided by our support team.

  • The customer is responsible for their return shipping label
  • Returns with opened, damaged, or missing items will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Returns initiated more than 30 days after purchase are not eligible for a refund.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If the original payment method is unavailable, the refund will be forfeited. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to process but may vary depending on the bank or credit card company. We cannot process refunds to prepaid debit cards. Orders paid by cashier's check or money order will receive a check via mail sent exclusively to the original billing name and address. No exceptions will be made to prevent fraud.

International Orders:
Orders shipped outside the USA are not eligible for returns or refunds.

 


 

Exchanges:

If you are not satisfied with a product but wish to receive an exchange rather than a refund per our 60-day money-back guarantee, contact support@rhonutrition.com. We will grant an exchange for one product (one bottle) per customer. We will send you this product free of charge, and there is no need to return the product you are exchanging. This exchange program can only be used once per customer and household. You must choose between an exchange or a refund per the 60-day money-back guarantee, as you are only allowed one or the other.

 


 

Order Cancellation Policy:

Damaged Product Replacements:
